Giorgio Cugno, Italian artist and film director is now the FUSE artist resident in Videotage. He is in Hong Kong to shoot part of his second feature film, XAU. Cugno's first feature, VACUUM, won a number of awards, including the prestigious FIPRESCI at the European Film Festival of Lecce. He is currently developing another feature film, ALIEN FOOD, with the support of the Torino Film Lab also selected at 73th Venice Film Festival - Production Bridge.

XAU, which is about economics and contemporary human relationships, is shooting in five different countries. In the Hong Kong portion of the film, one company's employees from all over the world compete for a prestigious job in Hong Kong. The film will shoot approximately 15–19 August.
